Drawing from a scene in my story. I am actually in the middle of writing this scene, but I have the outline all typed out. It's a bit late, so I can't seem to find the proper words at the moment to write it out. In any case, here is a brief summary:

Elf (Liam) and the General are on the same side, but have a long history together. In this scene, the General is very disappointed and has worded it strongly, and sent Liam back out to track down the young man that escaped him (Torrance). That bloody mess is from the men he was with when Torrance cast a spell of mass confusion, causing Liam to have to kill his own men. Liam is pissed at the General's lack of concern and from originally keeping the information to himself, sending them out without knowledge of their target. Magic is a rare talent in my story, and the General is after Torrance because of it. Theres other information, but thats the basics... lol

Wow! That's just amazing! I really like the style of colouring here: very painterly! And the armour designs are great too! And I had totally forgotten that you've been writing that novel! How's it been going? Getting close to finishing?

Thanks ^.^ I've been trying to experiment a bit with styles and colouring.

I wish my novel was close to finished

I just don't get enough time to work on it these days, but it is coming along. I reworked the characters and refined the plot so writing it is becoming easier. I'm doing it for fun, don't know if I'll ever put it online or try to get it published.. Guess it depends how it turns out in the end
